From the "Basil Pesto Oil Pasta," featuring homemade basil pesto topped with sun-dried tomatoes for a savory umami flavor, to the "Apple Bagel Sandwich" made with 100% black rice, and the base and vanilla bean syrup for the "Half & Half Cream Latte," every item is crafted by CEO Kim Kyung-ah herself before being served. A variety of healthy beverages that pair well with the brunch menu are also available. Not only are no artificial ingredients added, but only organic milk is used. Cookies made without flour or sugar, using oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, and nuts, capture both nutrition and taste. At Café The Seize, you can find tableware that enriches your daily life, as well as vintage design furniture. All tableware is from the Danish home lifestyle brand 'HAY,' and inquiries regarding the purchase of both tableware and furniture are welcome.
