Q. What kind of work do you do?

Miyeon | We provide luggage storage and stroller rentals at The Hyundai Seoul to ensure our customers can use the space comfortably.

Q. How can I use the tourist desk?

Miyeon | Please come to the Tourist Desk on the right side of GATE 3, fill out some simple paperwork, receive a number ticket, and leave your luggage. Our service is available as soon as we open at 10:30 AM, and you can pick up your luggage by 7:30 PM, 30 minutes before the department store closes.

Q. What kind of items can I store?

As the name suggests, the luggage storage area is for storing only suitcases, so it is difficult to store items such as shopping bags or backpacks. You can store those items in the lockers located on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th basement levels. The lockers on the 4th basement level are large enough to accommodate carry-on suitcases.

Q. Is there a restaurant you would recommend to your customers?

Miyeon | You can enjoy Korean food at 'Naeuigaya,' a traditional Korean restaurant on the 6th floor. I also recommend 'ETF Bakery' on the B2 floor. And I recommend the latte at 'Milestone' Cafe on the B1 floor!
